Welcome to Shining Stars Dance School, located at 6421 Hwy 271 South in Fort Smith, AR!  Shining Stars Dance School is not your normal studio!

Shining Stars Dance School (SSDS) is a faith-based studio.  We are a safe space for all to explore the art of dance while honoring Christian values.  Our music, recital themes and costumes are selected with modesty and appropriateness in mind.  Our choreography is technical and fun with modest presentation using Christian or child appropriate music.  We are dedicated to fostering each dancer’s love of movement and helping every student shine.

Dance has many benefits, more than we could ever mention here!  But just a taste of why you should make dance a part of your life…. Dance offers incredible physical benefits including improved cardiovascular health, increased strength and flexibility, enhanced balance and coordination, encourages stronger bones and increased energy.  Dance class is a great place to make new friends, build self-confidence, improve memory retention, reduce stress, improve spatial recognition, improve decision-making skills and decrease chances of dementia, just to name a few!  Besides all of that, it’s fun!
